Stacey Youngdale
Stacey Youngdale is a notable professional working in the People & Culture space over the last 25+ years. With a pragmatic, yet methodical style she has served across multiple industries (aviation, financial services, manufacturing) working in human resources, communications and general management. Operating from the United States with dozens of countries globally, Stacey has deep affection for driving inclusive practices, honoring cultural differences, developing and coaching leaders- at all levels of organizations - and through the range of experience levels.
Currently, she works for a global heavy equipment manufacturer and serves as the VP of People and Organization Development. Wherever she is, she perseveres through unique corporate culture and people challenges. Stacey also celebrates the joy of achievement with teams and colleagues. Stacey believes her superpower is empathy and she uses it to create workplaces based on psychological safety for all.
She started her academic career at the State University of NY at Oswego and later received her bachelor’s degree from Barry University of Miami. Subsequently, she received her MBA from LSU Shreveport. In addition to her formal education, she holds professional accreditations of SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP and a Certified Professional Facilitator from the International Association of Facilitators. For coaching individuals, she is certified in a number of instruments and holds certifications for dozens of development programs. A native New Yorker, Stacey now resides in High Point, NC with her husband and dachshunds.
