Jason is a network engineer turned management professor and consultant. Similar pragmatism led him to make both career choices. Recognition that computers would be everywhere and knowing how to work them would be critical motivated him to earn a computer science degree. A similar realization a decade later that people are also everywhere and knowing how to work with them is equally, if not more, critical, led him to earn a Ph.D. in organizational behavior (management).

He now focuses on guiding his students and clients to recognize and use this potential to obtain the outcomes they want to see in their own pursuits.
